For everyone who wants to walk into the room prepared. Build a sequence from hand-drawn poses, test it before you teach it, hand your students a sheet they take home. Twenty minutes instead of your whole evening.

CobraBhujangasanaA place where your classes live, grow and come back when you need them.

Drag poses into a sequence, set breaths and sides, add your notes. Works on your laptop and on your phone.

Ready-made classes from Karin and from other teachers. Open one, make it yours, teach it tonight.

Every pose hand-drawn, with alignment cues, benefits, modifications and teaching tips.
One pose slides into the next, and the peak pose suddenly works. On the way out someone says: I have never got into that before.
You plan that class in the Flow Builder. Three steps.
Build it from scratch, or open a flow from the Collection with classes by teachers around the world and from the community, and make it yours.
Drag the poses where you want them, pick variations and modifications, set the breath, add arrows and your own notes. Structure it in phases and add the story you want to tell.
Turn it into a PDF, four layouts to choose from. Two clicks make an Instagram post for your class. Print the sheet and hand it to your students. Watch their faces.
New to teaching, years in, or simply after better classes.

Toby is the little yoga cricket in every drawing, and he is also your sequencing helper. While you build, he suggests what fits next: after a backbend a counter pose, after standing a way down to the mat. You can ignore him. Most of the time you will not want to.
A short walk through the Flow Builder: how a sequence comes together, how phases keep it balanced, and what you take into the room afterwards.

504948474645444342412827262524The player walks through your sequence at your pace, with breath cues and your own notes. Or you print the handout and teach from paper, the way you always have.
You learn the poses, the anatomy, the philosophy. What nobody gives you is a place to put it all together and try it out. Starting a training, in the middle of one, or just finished: this is the moment where a tool like this changes how you teach, because you are building your very first sequences right now.
I am a yoga teacher with more than 1,000 hours of training, and I have planned my classes with stick figures since 2018. It started with paper and a pen, a drawer full of sequences, and the same question every week: where did I put that flow?
Today I plan online, in minutes. My whole archive is in one place, I find any class in seconds, and I share my flows with the community instead of letting them sit in a drawer. That is the membership: the thing I built because I needed it myself.

Every plan starts with seven free days. No credit card, cancel anytime.
Real messages from real teachers, 4.93 out of 5 across 22 countries.
Nothing automatic. You choose a plan when you want to keep going. We do not ask for a card to start.
It is the best moment. You are building your first sequences right now, and this is where you keep them, test them and learn from teachers who have taught for years. You finish your training with an archive instead of loose notes.
Yes. Your group gets access, every trainee builds their own sequences, and all the flows of the group land in one training account that you can open, comment on and add your own classes to. There is a whole page about how that works in a training: for teacher trainers. If it sounds right for your school, write to me at membership@yoga-journaling.com and we put a setup together that fits your group.
No. Many members use it for their own practice. The library explains every pose and the player guides you.
Yes. Building, teaching and the guided player all work on a phone. Nothing to install.
Every flow becomes a PDF handout, in color or black and white, with your own name on it from Pro upward.
Collections of extra poses you buy once and keep: Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga and, from October, 110 modifications with props. Every pose added to a collection later is included.
You cancel in your account with two clicks, and nothing disappears. Your access, including every saved flow, runs until the end of the period you already paid for. After that your account stays as it is. Come back in three months, log in, and your flows are waiting for you exactly where you left them. If you want them on paper for good, export them as PDFs before you go.
You can move between Creator, Pro and Mentor at any time. Upgrading charges the difference for the rest of your current period, then the full rate from your next billing date, and the new features are there right away. Downgrading keeps your current features until the end of the period and then switches automatically. Your flows, your logo and your website stay in your account either way.
You keep every flow you have. The limit only applies to building a new one: when you are at 50 on Creator, you can still open, edit, print and teach all fifty. To build the fifty-first, you either delete one you no longer need or move up a plan. Nothing is ever removed because of a limit.
Card and PayPal, both through Stripe. Your payment details never touch our servers.
Your flows and your account data sit on servers in the EU and we work to GDPR. You can export everything or delete your account from your settings, at any time, without asking us.
Seven free days to build one flow and teach it. After that it costs less per month than a single drop-in class, and you keep every sequence you ever build.
